Safety Policy

Modutech is committed to working in accordance with the provisions of the relevant Safety, Health & Welfare at Work legislation and codes of practice. We strive to ensure, as far as reasonably practicable, the safety, health, and welfare of all employees while at work. Additionally, we provide necessary information, training, and supervision to achieve this goal.

We are also committed to protecting individuals who may be affected by our activities, including those not employed by our company.

All employees, including sub-contractors and self-employed persons, must cooperate with supervisors and managers to comply with statutory provisions and maintain a safe workplace. We actively consult with employees regarding safety, health, and welfare matters, ensuring they understand their specific duties under current legislation.

This Safety Policy will be periodically reviewed and updated to accommodate changing circumstances and maintain effectiveness. We are committed to complying with our Safety Management System, achieving annual targets, and continually improving our safety standards. This statement is distributed to all Contract Managers, Site Managers, and Designated Supervisors and will be available at all business locations.
