Understand client requirements, budgets, design ideas, site conditions, and regulations. Develop concept designs, architectural, structural, and MEP layouts.

Engineering & Material Selection

Finalize structural design Select appropriate materials (steel, PUF panels, ACP, etc.) based on design and site conditions.Create detailed shop drawings and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).

Factory Fabrication

Manufacture structural components, wall panels, and modular sections in a controlled environment. Perform quality control checks on materials and welding/joint integrity. Prefit components to ensure seamless on-site assembly.

Site Preparation

Conduct site surveys Lay foundation as per structural requirements (piles, plinth, or base frame). Ensure utilities (water, electricity, drainage) are ready for integration.

Transportaion & Logistics

Securely pack and transport prefabricated modules/structures from factory to site. Plan logistics to minimize handling damage and ensure just-in-time delivery.

On-Site Assembl & Installation

Install structural frames, wall panels, roofing, and flooring per design. Integrate electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Conduct alignment, leveling, and fastening for stability.

Finishing & Quality Assurance

Apply interior finishes, fixtures, and equipment as per specifications. Conduct thorough inspections for fit and finish Perform functional testing of utilities and MEP systems.

Handover & Client Sign-Off

Conduct a final walkthrough with the client. Address any last-minute corrections (snag list). Provide maintenance guidelines, warranties, and documentation. Officially hand over the prefabricated building for occupancy.
